For alternative deposit methods, read below.

Upon receipt of the Online Application, a Non-refundable deposit agreement will be sent to your email. Please sign the agreement and overnight it back along with the required initial deposit. The required initial deposits for the truck selection are listed below. Upon receipt of the agreement and deposit, your lease documents will be generated and sent to you electronically (email) or by overnight services. Rarely the email cannot be opened due to the size of the lease document file. If this is the case, please contact your sales representative and they will have the documents overnighted to you.

Deposit methods are by either Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer. Wire Transfer instructions will be on the Deposit agreement.

Initial Deposit (Truck #1 thru #4)
I acknowledge that I will submit to Regional Financial , Inc. (Broker) , a non-refundable deposit/fee in the amount of $1,000 . The balance will be due at time of contracting . Lessee shall have fifteen (15) days from the date that the lease documents are returned to take possession of the Vehicle . If Lessee fails to take possession of the Vehicle , Broker shall have the right to retain the non-refundable deposit/fee . I further understand that the documents will be provided by overnight services or electronically (email ) and that I will return them by UPS or Fedex Priority Overnight service .

Initial Deposit (Truck #5 thru #14)
I acknowledge that I will submit to Regional Financial , Inc. (Broker) a non-refundable deposit/fee in the amount of $2000. The balance will be due at time of contracting . Lessee shall have fifteen (15) days from the date that the lease documents are returned to take possession of the Vehicle . If Lessee fails to take possession of the Vehicle , Broker shall have the right to retain the non-refundable deposit/ fee. I further understand that the documents will be provided by overnight services or electronically (email) and that I will return them by Priority Overnight service .

I acknowledge that I will submit to Regional Financial , Inc. (Broker) a non-refundable deposit/fee in the amount of $3000. The balance will be due at time of contracting . Lessee shall have fifteen (15) days from the date that the lease documents are returned to take possession of the Vehicle . If Lessee fails to take possession of the Vehicle , Broker shall have the right to retain the non-refundable deposit/ fee. I further understand that the documents will be provided by overnight services or electronically (email) and that I will return them by Priority Overnight service .
